Webtest time... again.

My second webtest since the beginning of my studies. This time in a completely different environment: new classmates, new teacher - and the most important thing - new collaborative channels. Back in 2018 we used to have Adobe Connect as our communication tool and I must admit that... it did not work bad at all! Now we have shifted to Teams as a more versatile way to have our periodic meetings and at the same time as a way to upload all the preliminary material and our own production. Zoom was also tested as a way to show the clear improvement in video and audio quality compared to older options. All in all, better choices these new ones in my opinion.

During the session we went back to the concept of COMPETENCE, its connotations and how to demonstrate it. At this point it is somehow clear that this concept is of vital importance during our whole learning process here and that it will be used as an assessment tool.

We also simulated the basic structure of how the course and the future lessons will be organised. In this regard, we received first preliminary tasks as a questionnaire, we discussed in groups and we presented our findings in groups to the rest of the audience.

It was at this point when I realised that we had formed our - more or less fixed - future work teams and we had our first group discussions and brief presentations. These discussions were reflected and shared on this Padlet:

It seems that from my initial Dominators team (??) I will be now a member of the PINK team 💗. And you know what? Regarding the name I think I got a big deal with the change...

Next station: first presentations!
